How to Cancel or Change an Appointment?

1- After login to your website dashboard, click on “Appointments” on the left of your screen.

  • This will show All calendars including All of the upcoming and past appointments.
  • When mouse hover on a date, this will show how many appointments are reserved on this day.

2- When you “Click On a Date” all appointments will be showing including “Switch Between Calendars” buttons.

3- Each appointment has his own “Cancel” and “Edit” button.

  • Cancel Appointment:

After clicking on “Cancel Appointment Button“, a confirmation message will be shown on the screen. To avoid deleting an appointment by mistake.

  • Edit Appointment:

After clicking on “Edit Appointment Button“, an edit form will be showing on the screen. You can edit the Date, Time, First and Last Name including Email address of any booked appointment using this form.

Using this form to edit an appointment, Will Not inform the client about any changing will be done.
